What you’ll do
Take an interactive journey through the grounds of St George’s Gardens in Bloomsbury. You will experience a 40-minute audio story featuring augmented reality, which will encourage you to reimagine your relationship with the natural world.
The story explores the work of evolutionary ecologist Monica Gagliano on plant intelligence and an essay by science-fiction writer Stanisław Lem, where he suggested encoding messages into the DNA of plants to preserve information for a future world without humans.
The journey is for two people at a time: you’ll need to book two tickets. You and your partner’s short journeys will be different but linked. Time slots are available to book from 11.00 until 16.20 each day, with the final session finishing at 17.00.
You will be able to participate from paved pathways if going onto the grass is not accessible for you.
