A group of young people, responding to the mission and construction of the Global Clinic, were challenged to design products that would support the health and wellbeing of refugees.
Whether storage solutions for records and medicines, a trolley to transport supplies, crutch splints, or creative activities, all of the products had to use the same flat-pack technology and often the offcuts from the clinic itself.
See their sketches, scale drawings, models and prototypes and listen to an interview with Ellen Waters from Doctors of the World about what it’s like to live and work in a refugee camp.
