It is certainly not a matter of taste, but it is a matter of habit and the acceptance of a different way of life. You will find that it is a fitting, tasty and dainty accompaniment which has the advantage of emphasising the flavour of other foods with which it is used. Primula Cheese is so digestible and delicate that little enterprise is needed to invent many and varied ways of serv- ing it. Apart from the simple spreading, we suggest you try it with your luncheons, with afternoon tea, with or after dinner, as well as for light suppers, travelling snacks, picnic packs, and so on. As a Summer food it is ideal no less than in the winter.
