Unde communi consilio capituli nostri providimus earn vobis resignandam et quietam clamandam. Unde ad hoc faciendum mittimus ad vos dilectos R. rectorem nostrum et fratres Albertum et Walterum et ad hoc eos procuratores nostros constituimus, ratum et gratum habituri quicquid super hoc una vobiscum egerint.
