Lettering

Felle tument oculi; mala mens et amara Sauli est. ... Rembrant van Ryn inv. Leeuw fecit. Lettering continues: "Livida quin putridus viscera rancor edit. Non uidet ergo suum, invenum fortissime, regnum; carpitur et regnum trux uidet ille tuum. Pollet (ïô!) et fidibus domat hostem cernua virtus, gloria dum vulnus vel sine Mar..." Lettering on mount in black ink reads: "Mr. P van Leeuw after Rembrandt. David playing before Saul."
