3D printed bioglass lattice, SEM

This image is of a bioglass lattice, produced by 3D printing. These lattices show very promising properties for repairing bone defects, as they stimulate bone growth and dissolve over the course of several weeks. This image covers an area of 2.5 x 2 mm.
