Miscellaneous documents relating to medical affairs in the French armies of the Alps and Italy, 1793-1805.
1-4. Tables of medical staff attached to the army of the Alps, giving various details including age, place of birth, date of entry into service and previous employment. 1793.
5. Recommendations by the 'Conseil de Santé' for filling various apothecary posts in the French army, including the appointment of citizen Muller as apothecary in chief of the army of Italy, in place of citizen Lacour. [Paris], 20 September 1793. Signed by the members of the 'Conseil de Santé' including Bertand Pelletier (1761-1797), Philippe Jean Pelletan (1747-1829), Antoine-Augustin Parmentier (1737-1813), Pierre Bayen (1725-1798), François Dezoteux (1724-1803), and Guillaume Daignan (1732-1812).
6. Order of 'les réprésentans [sic] du peuple envoyés dans la commune affranchie pour y assurer le bonheur du peuple' relating to medical provison for the army of the Alps. La commune affranchie [Lyons], 4 pluviôse, an IV [23 January 1794]. Contemporary copy.
