This Witnefs, ‘Thomas Leech, being crofs-exami¬ ned, faid, when Mrs. Biker went into the Bagnio* fhe wore a a Yellow Gown, and fomething Black about her Shoulders ; but could not be pofitive as to her other Drefs ; nor knows whether (he had a Hat* or not. — That Mr. Biker’s Family knew to whom he was gone to live, and gave him a Character feme Months before ; but, perhaps, they did not know particularly where his Mafter Gamier9s Houfe was.— That he was at the Thatch’d Tavern with thePlaintiff, who asked him, whether he did not fee Dr. Morley c go into the Bagnio with his Wife, which this Wit¬ nefs anfwering in the Negative; the Plaintiff drew his Sword, and faid Damn him, he would run him through if he did not tell the Truth; but that Per- fons there (he thinks the Plaintiff’s Attorney) inter- pofed -- that Francis Bayley is the Plaintiff’s Coachman, whom this Witnefs converfed with, as is mentioned before.
