A compilation of short composed pieces composed, sung, played and orchestrated by - presumably pseudonyms - 'Nodule' O'Hara (?) alias 'Circa' (?) O'Brien for World Rheumatism Year (1977?) Hart effects a number of different voices and personas to create an amusing and light insight into rheumatism.
