Issue 4 of the BUFVC's CD-ROM Audio-Visual Materials for Higher Education contains the updated and enlarged BUFVC AVANCE database as well as two substantial new databases. 1. The CAMLANG database of the University of Cambridge Language Centre / 2. Chemistry Images, produced by the Chemistry Video Consortium, describing film and video material for chemistry teaching. The 'Researcher's Guide to British Newsreels' and the 'Researcher's Guide to John Grierson' are also on the disk.
