Lettering

The first wounded to arrive at the Cape: a ward in Wynberg Camp drawn by Percy F. S. Spence from a sketch by H. Egersdorfer ... Lettering continues: "At the hospital at Wynberg there were ninety-nine men wounded from the battle of Elands Laagte. Wynberg is about eight miles from Cape Town. The military camp on the hill is one of the most healthy foreign stations"
