"Greetings! I hope these cards help you get better sleep. They are part of a larger project-Sleepless Planet: A Graphic Guide to Coping with Insomnia. I am not a medical doctor, but a graphic storyteller and independent scholar who has dealt with insomnia and sleep apnea most of my life. In coping with these issues, I've learned that better sleep requires good habits not just right before bed, but all day long! You may choose to shuffle these cards as you would a tarot deck, then pull one at random and commit to the suggested lifestyle habit that day or that week. You could also look at all the cards and consciously select one to work with. Place a card on your bedside table or dresser or on the windowsill in your kitchen...a spot where the card will remind you of your commitment to gradually make changes that support better rest, gannet and more fulfilling sleep."--From the introductory card.
