Description

Frank Rowntree, Sheffield's Health Education Officer, discusses three subjects: Cancer, sexually transmitted diseases and smoking and drinking. Rowntree talks about the stigma and fears surrounding cancer and encourages people to seek an early diagnosis. Next Rowntree talks about sexually transmitted diseases, their cause, diagnosis and possible treatment. Finally here we hear about the problems of smoking and drinking too much - the effects of alcohol on health, family relationships and employment.
