About this work
Description
Morland Saunders reports on alarming levels of antibiotic-resistant bacteria found in some foods. Although we are increasingly aware of superbugs which cause diseases like MRSA, it is also becoming clear that antibiotic resistant bacteria can get into our bodies through the food we eat. We hear from people who have suffered intestinal and bladder complaints from these bacteria, from farmers rearing animals which carry the bacteria, and from experts researching the field.
