A doctor is shouting through a loud speaker: "Contagious to all but doctors!", another is shouting: "terrible to silly women and children!", the doctor holding the cholera figure says: "a most excellant device! Keep it up! Keep it up!", another doctor replies: "keep it up! Keep it up!". A woman collapsing in the street is crying: "Oh my belly", a man catches her and says: "we must take her to the cholera hosptial, we shall get a premium for this from the doctors." A doctor in the hospital window says: "here comes a patient now begins the 10 pounds a week. Huzza!" A flag above the hospital reads: "Oh the humbugs of old England & c."
