Creator/production credits

"The start" drawn by "our own artist Mr. T.B. Murray", situated on top of the north tower of the Crystal Palace (Illustrated London news, loc. cit.): possibly intended to name W.B. Murray, the magazine's artist responsible for other ballooning prints. The "finish" was drawn with the aid of those in the French balloon, presumably meaning M. Perron, described as an artist. The aerial views may be by Perron or by "Mr W. Cobb, photographer to the Royal Military Academy at Woolwich" aboard the Eclipse
