Artemisia vulgaris (Mugwort)

Herbal medicine. Artemisia vulgaris (Mugwort). Tall plant with composite leaves with elongated furry green flower heads. Has been used to promote menstrual bleeding, as an anthelmintic, and in insecticides where it is often mixed with pyrethrum.
