"This zine was made in 2020 in response to the Coronavirus pandemic. I live in England, where we currently have restrictions on how often we can leave our homes and how we come into contact with people we don't live with. But this zine is also for the other times we need to stay at home or inside a restricted space. Because of chronic illnesses or disabilities, because you're ill with something contagious and you don't want to pass it on, because you live somewhere remote and it's hard to go elsewhere, you're too fucking broke to go and do anything, because you're imprisoned, or any other reason."--[Page 1].
