A country road, with a bridge over a stream leading to a church, left. The church is old and has a roof which is partly thatched and partly tiled; the bell tower has a high steeple. Two members of a religious brotherhood are crossing the bridge. Right foreground, two smartly dressed horse-riders, with a couple of falconers and a dog. Leafy trees surround the scene
