Small poster or leaflet from Ferrara dated 13 November 1679 (published 14 November 1679) proclaiming that there should be no contact or trade with people from Cilla (Celje) and Lubiana (Ljubiana) on pain of death due to plague being in both cities. Trieste had already suspended trade with them. There is a woodcut of what appears to be a priest explaining something to a soldier above the main body of text.
