Veratria is equally serviceable in the species of Neuralgia to which fe- males are subject about the catamenial periods, the pain commencing in the loins and extending down the spine to the thighs. As the different preparations of Veratria and Sabadilla will frequently be referred to, to prevent repetition, formule are subjoined, and when any preparation, is mentioned, it is, unless otherwise ordered, to be used in the strength here given.
