Jackson's Faces was the trading name of a beach photographer in the 1930s who took speculative photographs of people on the beach in Norfolk for sale from his shop afterwards, using the negative number as a reference (here 3176)

This work is untitled: the title has been supplied by the cataloguer.
The following description was provided by James Gardiner: "A sign in the background, incompletely shown, says "ton Swimming Club". Presumably young men of Gorleston Swimming Club, snuggling together on the beach".
