15 October, 1902. Signed Agreement between William Cooper & Nephews and Lawes Chemical Company Ltd, Mark Lane, London. With Schedule of selling prices.

"Each of the parties hereto agrees with the other to make their selling prices and terms of their respective Sheep Dipping Powders, in the Colony of New Zealand, such that they shall in no case be less than are set down in the Schedule hereto for each respective class of buyer, except as otherwise specially provided therein, and so that no Wholsaler shall be supplied on the General Agents terms, no retailer on the Wholsalers terms, and no consumer on the Wholesaler or Retailer terms."
