Correspondents include Sir James Annesley, Sir William Beatty, Sir Astley Cooper, Henry William Dewhurst (with printed prospectuses for his lectures and publications), Sir Henry Halford, Hunter Lane, J C Lettsom, Robert Liston, Richard Quain, James Sims, and William Wilson. A few items are addressed to Augustus Frederick, Duke of Sussex, whom Pettigrew served as Librarian. 1813-1859 and some undated material.
