24 September, 1925. Liverpool, James W Milne, of Cooper Brother & Co, to A R Chamberlayne, of Chamberlayne, Keene & Co, Pall Mall, headed "Chemical Merger" [5 sheets], referring to "the question of a Supplementary Agreement for the various sums to be paid to Sir Richard Cooper."
24 September, 1925. Liverpool, James W Milne, of Cooper Brother & Co, to A R Chamberlayne, of Chamberlayne, Keene & Co, Pall Mall, headed "Chemical Merger" [1 sheet], referring to "the figures required for Clause 19 of the Draft Agreement."
24 September, 1925. Yalding, W F Stiff, Managing Director, McDougall & Yalding Ltd, to A R Chamberlayne, headed "Amalgamation" [1 sheet], briefly noting that "Mr Rylands and Mr Longcroft have also discussed the question of the figures to be filled in in Clause 19" and will be "writing to you in due course."
