Schedule of deeds of all property in Berkhamsted and Shenstone belonging to Sir R A Cooper, and deposited with the London, County & Westminster Bank, Lombard Street, City of London. Various signatures & endorsements acknowledging receipt of deeds or making alterations. List affixed to the front, of extra deeds discovered in the possession of CMR 1925.

Also included are some letters and notes about the schedule and the deeds, including one noting the sale of some property in Berkhamsted in 1921.

An envelope accompanying this item was destroyed as part of the cataloguing process, because of its condition and ephemeral nature. On the outside it read as follows: "Schedules of deeds held by LC&W Bank, London. (1) Receipted Schedule of Deeds as security dated 15 July 1914 (2) Schedule of Deeds as security under wills of W & H H Cooper re: Beck [This struck through with red pen, and the comment added 'see envelope in ... safe marked Beck v Cooper, Cooper v Cooper'] (3) Notes re: 3 other conveyances of land on which Upper Works stood These deeds are now the property of CMR Ltd Handed to L R H 10/2/30"
