Correspondence concerning the death of Thomas Henry Lloyd

Numerous expressions of sympathy. T H Lloyd died 21 November, 1939. It is noted in the correspondence that an obituary appeared in The Times (22 November), although there are no cuttings in the file despite reference to them.

Extract from Board Resolution (23 November, 1939): "Mr Lloyd served this Company for a period of approximately 18 years, holding the office of General Manager from 1924 until 1931 and the Vice-Chairmanship from 1931 until 1935, when he resigned from office and retained a seat on the Board."
